CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellation only within 6 hours after your payment made. Cancellation after 6 hours don't accepted. Thank you for your understanding!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Buyers have 14 days on return from the date you have received the order. Buyers are responsible for returning shipment and have pay for it.
1. We do not refund payment for delivery (for orders, which cost is up to $300 - $10 for orders from US, $14 for orders from Australia and New Zealand; and $25 for orders, which cost more than $300), only the cost of the product (excluding non-refundable fees 20% and US States sale Tax).
You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller during 1-4 business days.
2. Items must be returned in original ring box and in unused (original) condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned items we deem as not in sellable condition, damaged, altered or used.

Please, note that as any jewelry it requires a bit of care and should be worn with precaution while any heavy or dirty works.
I ask you to pay special attention to silver as it is a rather soft metal and, even with a thick band, it is possible to bend it if you apply force to it, avoid wearing silver jewelry when using creams, losions and other similar products.
