About

Why we are different - A little history

Our company started as a wholesale company, manufacturing and reselling antique/estate jewelry and antique and estate jewelry reproductions. After seeing the decline in brick and mortar stores throughout the country and the increase in direct to consumers via online, I decided to branch off from our parent company and I started our online division where we sell the same items that you'll buy in the stores just for much cheaper.

After the decline in 2008, when our company took a big hit and I had to learn how to become a savvy shopper... It really bugged me to see how abused the jewelry market was... I knew how much the items cost to make and then I saw the markup the retailers were charging, I saw how challenging it was for young couples who wished to please their spouse but just had to settle for less than what they wanted once they heard the price. I, therefore, opened our online venue in order to offer all of those people an opportunity to buy what they think their spouse deserves without breaking the bank. Hence our motto became 'Same Quality-Better Prices'.

Our goal is to build our business from people who will truly understand the opportunity we are offering them, by making the same quality pieces available to them, but just at a price that they can afford without breaking the bank.

Because as the saying goes ' 1 happy customer is worth more than $10,000 worth of advertising' and it's those people who otherwise couldn't afford it, and then they get presented with an opportunity, who appreciate the opportunity the most and they're the ones who can save us thousands of dollars in advertising, which will help us accomplish our goal....

One of our biggest challenges is the fact that we are so cheap... Whenever something online is too cheap it always raises a red flag with buyers, who want to know what the catch is or what are they missing... Our goal is to get the word out to buyers that there is no catch and that they are not missing anything... we are really selling the same exact items, just at a much lower profit margin for us!

Another hurdle is, the trust hurdle, because we are selling higher priced items, coupled with the fact that shoppers are not able to interact with us on a personal level, it takes trust in order for buyers to come through with a purchase... Custom and personalized orders

Because we manufacture most of our items, we almost always can accommodate custom orders such as changes in size or metal/metal color.

Any item who's model # start with an SD**** can usually be sized to just about any US/Canadian/Australian/European size.

We can also produce any of these items in the following metals/metal colors:

Silver: .925,

Platinum: .950,

Gold: 10 kt, 14 kt, 18 kt, 22 kt, 24 kt,

White (Please ask us about our white gold with Palladium, if you are allergic to Nickel),

Yellow,

Pink/Rose, &

Green.

Simply Convo us with your custom request (size, metal type/color) and we will contact you to confirm before you place your order.

Sizing details

Bands: Due to the unique and detailed designs on many of our bands in addition to the many different techniques that we use to size our items, depending on the size needed, there may be a slight interruption or seem at the point of the sizing. In addition, sometimes the ring may look slightly stretched from its original perfectly round shape. (These all have absolutely nothing to do with the wear-ability of the ring, and in most cases, these discrepancies will not be noticeable at all when the ring is worn).

Rings: There is almost never a noticeable difference to the ring besides for the size, when we re-size rings.

Custom Order Pricing

Re-sizing: Depending on the item and size needed, we can usually throw in the re-sizing for FREE. Please convo us beforehand to see if your purchase will qualify for the FREE re-sizing.

Change of Metal/Metal Color: Prices and availability will vary depending on which metal/metal color you would like us to use.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns: You have 7 days from the time of delivery to decide whether or not you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If more time is needed, you must notify us within 7 Days.

We must be notified before any return is made, otherwise, you may forfeit any and all refunds, in addition, we take no responsibilities for any lost or damaged return items.

PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR RE-SIZED ORDERS.

Cancellations: During our normal business hours 9 - 5 EST you have up to 1 hour to cancel your order without any cancellation fees. During the night hours or holidays you have until the next business day

Ordered Wrong Size

We are happy to work with you and custom re-size your ring (usually at no extra cost.)

However, because we are unable to physically measure your finger, we rely solely on your word. So please be sure to give us the exact US size needed, up to the nearest 1/4 ring size, as many times customers give us the general size they THINK they are, which is not their current size.

Please Note: Due to these frequent errors, we now charge an automatic re-stocking fee of a minimum of $50 USD for any item returned after it has been re-sized.
