Payment must be received before I ship. All payment guidelines are displayed on the main Etsy website.
All items are shipped within three business days of being purchased (unless stated otherwise) and are wrapped carefully for you to enjoy. The package/envelope is sent through USPS and should arrive within the standard time determined by USPS (usually 5-7 business days OR longer during holidays!). I will notify you when I ship your purchase.
I am not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. Once I leave the package at the post office, it is their responsibility to get it to you, so be sure you give me the correct address. However, if there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible to see if we can make some arrangements.

If you would like your items shipped through the Priority Mail service (three day delivery guaranteed), please message me so I can adjust my shipping price to the standard rate determined by USPS Priority Mail services.

If you need your tiems by a certain date, please message me before you purchase to see if it is possible for me to do that. Remember that the post office will be jam-packed during holiday seasons so be sure and order your gifts ahead of time to ensure you will receive you items on time.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are NO refunds. I inspect every piece before I send it and should be ready to wear/display once I ship it.
