1 out of 5 starsOriginally messaged the seller to cancel my order due to finding something else, message went unanswered till I sent a second message which was answered right away saying that she doesn’t do cancellations or returns. Was slightly annoyed but its whatever. Got the plugs last night and went to see how they looked with the dress I have to wear them with and the smallest amount of pressure to put them in my ear snapped the “Pearl” off. These were clearly hot glued and not actually handmade, and you could tell they were hot glued by the crater in the “Pearl” where the glue basically melted it. It looked like she took a Pearl button and glued it to a plastic post. Measurements were definitely not correct either. Will not opening a ticket with Etsy to get my money back for this junk and not buying from the seller again.

Hello Sara, I am sorry you were disappointed that we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Your message was sent the day before your order was scheduled to ship. This should have never happened and it would have been great to have been given the opportunity to help you with your jewelry. We insure every package we send and from your photo it looks like they may have been damaged. I'll be reaching out to you for additional photos for the packaging when it arrived. Thank you!

I understand things happen, but when someone messages 2 times about their order and get an auto reply....and it's been over 3 weeks since it was "shipped out" I purchased these almost 2 months ago...I'm glad etsy was able to refund me. I'm extremely disappointed...

5 out of 5 starsSeller was still amazing, there was a odd gap of no communication but she alerted me to what happened and I’m happy she is doing better, and I still got my plugs in in love with them I’m planning to use them for my wedding
