She shipped the item out quickly and I received it with no issues at all! The item was wrapped with great care... I still can't believe how inexpensive her goodies were. I would highly recommend buying with Jewelry Geek. Thanks!!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
An item can be returned within 30 days of its purchase for money back or an exchange; unless otherwise noted. If your item arrived damaged in any way please contact me immediately. If your item has been damaged in the mail, it means I haven’t done my job packing the item properly. I will be more than happy to fix the item and send it back - free of charge (I will cover shipping costs).
Payment
As of right now, the only method of payment I can accept is Paypal. If you would like to cancel your order, but your payment already went through, please contact me as soon as possible; I will be happy to fix it.
Shipping
I will mail the item out within two business days of your transaction. If you prefer a quicker delivery, please let me know and I will adjust the shipping cost to match your shipping needs*.The packaging material I will use will vary depending on the size and fragility of the item; I will take extra care to wrap each item so it may arrive safely.

Accidents happen! We all like to think our handmade jewelry is indestructible, but in reality - it is not. If something happens to the jewelry you have purchased from me, please let me know! I will be more than happy to fix the item and send it back to you (the shipping cost is on me!), provided I have the materials needed to fix the piece. Either way, please email me and we can always work something out.

This policy is subject to change at any time based off of my discretion - special cases always exist. If you have a problem with your item please let me know, even if it is against my policy, I am more than willing to do what I can to make you happy. Thank you for your interest!
