Returns
We accept returns in case of received damaged/broken/items that don't look like described/items that are not worn because or of our items are made of natural materials that pick up scents and are not resellable.
We do not accept returns in any other case.
In case of a return, buyer bears the costs of sending the item back.
The item must be sent with a registered parcel with tracking number, in a bubble envelope.
Once we receive the tracking number, the refund is issued.
Custom and personalized orders
We love custom orders because we love that our customers are creative and unique. Every custom order is approved by the buyer before sending. We do not accept returns on custom and personalized orders.
Care instructions
Remove your jewelry when cleaning, exercising or any undertaking other physical activity.
Always put your jewelry on last to avoid too much contact with lotions and cosmetics.
Remember to apply makeup and perfumes before putting on your jewelry and remove all pieces before showering or swimming.
Every person’s skin type is different, and so this can also affect your jewelry life. The acid in our skin can speed up the tarnishing process, but this will differ from person to person.
