    Jewelry On A Mission creates unique hand crafted jewelry. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and created using only the finest materials. The pendants are assembled using photographs, material, and pressed dried flowers. They are then hand soldered with a fine silver solder which gives the pendants its unique appearance. Each pendant is a one-of-a-kind creation.

    They are also 100% customizable. Have a favorite verse, family pet, team logo, design, or photograph? They can all be displayed in a pendant.

    Send in a piece of your wedding dress, baby blanket, favorite shirt, or material keepsake to be framed in stunning silver.

    Returns and exchanges
    I do my very best to make sure my listings are as accurate as possible; please pay attention to size measurements. However, I understand that sometimes items don't always work out as intended. If you wish to return or exchange an item, I must be notified within 2 days from the date the package is delivered. There will be no returns or refunds on earrings due to hygiene concerns; damaged/faulty item policy applies only in this situation, and only a replacement will be sent.

    Damaged/Faulty Items/Errors: Please contact me if there is damage, faulty parts, or seller error within 2 days of receipt; a photo will be helpful, and will be required prior to a replacement being sent or a refund. If you would prefer a refund, the item must be returned. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, you may also be required to fill out and sign an affidavit.

    Returns: Return shipping is at your expense and the item must be received within 10 days in undamaged condition (extended for international customers). Item must be sent back unworn in its original condition and in the jewelry gift box it was shipped in. For non-personalized items, the refund will be for the purchased price. Personalized items will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% personalization fee (please note that most Etsy sellers and retailers will NOT refund personalized items due to the inability to resell the item without alterations). I'm sorry, but shipping fees will not be refunded. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If I do not receive the item back and neither of these can be provided, there will be no refund.

    Exchanges: Shipping both ways is also at your expense (unless the item was received damaged or faulty as noted above). An invoice or refund will be sent to cover any price difference between the original and exchange item.

    Non-delivery:
    1. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address:
    a. If the package is returned to me by the USPS, it can be reshipped once a reshipment fee is paid. Or, a refund and cancellation can be processed per my policies. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
    b. If the package is not returned to me, this is the buyer's loss for providing an incorrect address.
    c. International orders will not be considered lost or missing until 8 weeks have passed from time of shipment.

    2. If the package is marked as delivered and not received by either party, a report will need to be filed with the USPS or local postal service for theft/missing mail.

    3. If the package shows no updates in tracking and does not show as delivered,
    a replacement can be shipped. If an insurance claim is filed, you may be required to fill out and sign an affidavit.
    Payment
    All of my payments are processed through PayPal. I will accept money orders or cashiers checks upon request (US orders only); these must be received within 10 days of purchase. I'm sorry, but no personal bank checks or money transfers. If payment is not received within these time frames, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

    Custom orders (including any personalized items) must be paid in advance. Orders containing custom or personalized items may be cancelled within 48 hours by requesting a cancellation from your Purchases page; a cancellation fee of 15% will apply after 48 hours. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to my return policy.

    You will receive 3 emails in regards to your order. The first will be from Etsy which states that the transaction was completed successfully. The second will be from PayPal, serving as confirmation of sent payment. The third email will be a shipment notification email from Etsy (which will include the Delivery Confirmation or Customs number).

    Coupon codes can not be used on already discounted items unless previously discussed (this includes bridal sets).
    Shipping
    All of my items are packaged in a gift box. Multiple items (earrings and rings only) may be packaged in one box to keep costs low for both myself and my customers, and also to avoid excess packaging. If you need some or all of the items in your order individually boxed, please notify me and I will gladly do so. I no longer include a receipt/invoice in my packages unless requested.

    If your order is needed by a specific date, please leave a message through an Etsy conversation.

    Please note that I often do not see messages left in the "Note to seller" box at checkout until I begin making and processing the order. Please contact me via an Etsy conversation if you have a question or an urgent message.

    You will receive an email from Etsy when your order is ready to be shipped; this will serve as confirmation of shipment. Sometimes this email is sorted into spam or junk folders, so please look there if you do not receive it after your order has been marked "shipped" on Etsy.

    IMPORTANT: I ship to the address on file with Etsy. Please notify me if you need your order shipped to a different address. It is your responsibility to be sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address:
    a. If the package is returned to me by the USPS, it can be reshipped once a reshipment fee is paid.
    b. If the package is marked as delivered and not received by either party, a report will need to be filed with the USPS for theft/missing mail.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I ship USPS International First Class Mail; please be aware of your country's taxes, duties, and/or customs requirements. As a merchant, it is illegal to mark "gift" on the customs form, so there may be a fee or tax that is your responsibility.     There is NO TRACKING available on International First Class Mail, and it can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery if held by customs (in very rare cases, up to 12 weeks).

    If an international order is returned to me due to refusal to pay import duty/taxes or marked as unclaimed, the order will be cancelled and refunded MINUS shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    IMPORTANT: Please contact me through Etsy's conversation/message system. The email address shown on orders is not an address that is checked and emails will NOT be read. If you have not received a response via Etsy within 48 hours, please write again in case the message was improperly flagged or not received. Again, please do not write via email!

    All pendants are hand soldered. This technique is done by hand, and does not have the accuracy of machine soldering. Edges on the pendants that are not perfectly aligned or centered, differing thicknesses of solder, minor pitting, and other imperfections can not be considered damaged/defective/not as described due to the nature of hand soldering. Also note that all colors may appear differently based on monitor settings and lighting.

    Pendants can tarnish over time due to the silver solder used. Use a silver cleaner to bring back the shine of the piece.

    Do not wear pendants in water (showers, hot tubs, pools, lakes, oceans, ect). Pendants are not water proof nor deemed water resistant and water can/will damage the interior pieces of the pendant (flowers, fabric, photos, ect)

The buyer assumes all responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages, whether it be from regular wear or improper use.
