✔ Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fee.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
✔ Our pieces are handmade after we receive the order so please expect 3-7 business days for us to make your jewelry before we ship it.
✔ Shipping method and timeline:
1. It will take 2-4 weeks to deliver your jewelry after we've marked your order as shipped.
2. We will ship your package through a private shipping company to our shipping vendor's warehouse in Texas, US.
3. Once the package arrives at the Texas warehouse, we will be able to provide a USPS tracking number that can be used to track your package inside the US via the USPS website (tracking is not available outside the US).
4. Your package is insured in case it is lost during shipping.

5 out of 5 starsPROS: Legit! Gorgeous ring!! Takes awhile to make but comes exactly as they stated, packaged nicely. It’s —almost— as expected. Cut lovely but they never filed it, which leads me to the… CONS: Ring is —nearly— as described,is beautiful but SO Sharp!! Came too big - at a >0.5+size bigger than requested (I verified with 3 different devices) It’s SO incredibly sharp in 2 places. They never finished it by filing it 🥺 Many years ago, I made a ring (lost it💔) with a blade on it so initially I didn’t mind + quite liked it however having it too bigAND having 2 Very sharp points makes it Much more difficult to wear. This ring 💍 is so gorgeous, I wanted to wear it daily, keeping it on but it’s literally Dangerous. It gouged 2 deep wounds so far in my leg & bloodied my nose in my sleep. My Face! I fear it will literally disfigure me.

✔ SIZING DETAILS
• Our rings all come in standard US sizes. If you aren't sure on sizing, just please contact us before purchasing, we are happy to help you figure it out.
✔ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

MATERIAL & CARE
✔ All of our pieces are sterling silver so are durable but malleable. Scratches from daily wear are normal, and they can be more noticeable on a large surface area over time.
✔ Please remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.
✔ Rose or Gold-plated silver pieces should not be worn in the shower, pool, etc... as the plating can wear off.
✔ With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidized and eventually tarnish. Storing silver jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation. If your jewelry is stored for long-periods of time, occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain shine
