Shipping
I ship from the United States. Items are shipped USPS First Class with shipping insurance.

Purchases are processed and mailed out on Tuesdays at 12:00nn PST. Purchases placed after this time will be mailed out the following Tuesday. Due to my extremely busy work week, no exceptions can be made. Thank you for your understanding.

International shipping can take 5-21 business days from the date of mailing. Worst case scenario your package will know a delay due to customs. Customs fees, duties and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase an exchange can be arranged no later than 5 days from date you received your purchase. These items must be returned in their original new condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned. Please note that returned items will not be accepted that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent however caused.
