Since our all items are the 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 3 - 5 business days for them to be ready for shipping. If you need to receive your order by the specific date, please contact us. We will rush an order to make sure it arrives on time.
We can adjust most items to fit your sizing preferences. Most items can be made to any size and length. Please contact us via messages.
Custom and personalized orders
We are located in California, USA and we offer various shipping options.
Estimated delivery time is as below.
✔ Domestic Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 days
✔ Domestic Expedited Shipping: 1 - 3 days
✔ International Standard Shipping: Ship time varies
✔ International Expedited Shipping: 6 - 10 days
Please note that your item will be ready to ship within 3 - 5 business days. If you need to receive your order by the specific date, please contact us. We will rush an order to make sure it arrives on time.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If unclaimed package will be returned back to us, customer will be responsible for all shipping & return expenses. Also customer will be charged 20% item restocking fee.

All our jewelry pieces will come nicely packed in a high quality jewelry box ready for gifting.

RETURN & REFUND
You can return your item within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request.
