They are cheaply made. Pay attention to the description... 12 mm = TINY. TBH, I'm not sure who is to blame for the tracking of the shipment of this item but I just checked it on etsy and it is, according to their site, still in transit. I don't think it can be the sellers fault on this point but it did take MUCH longer than one would expect to receive the item. When I contacted the seller to let them know the item had not been received and asked how they would treat a non-delivered item, the response was indirect at best, and a little condescending. 64 purchases and only 4 likes... that says everything.

You need to get your information correct before writing such a nasty review ( 349 sales and 64 reviews ). If you wanted high end jewelry than shop at a high end jewelry store. This is a handmade store and the item described in the shop is tiny ,but 12mm is tiny =.5 inch. I don't control USPS.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
We also accept payment using major credit cards thru etsy.
Question: My package never showed up and I would like a replacement, how do I go about this?
I will send you a replacement or a refund if item is no longer in stock if you purchased insurance.
Insurance will protect your package from theft, damage, or loss. We are not responsible for packages that are uninsured, this applies to both domestic and international packages.
Domestic Shipping: I ship First class Mon through Friday, so pretty much every day except Saturday and Sunday!
Orders are generally shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Tracking). Once the item leaves the shop, I can't be responsible for it's arrival to you unless you choose to purchase insurance. Please contact me ahead of placing your order if you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment. I will ship USPS priority mail for multiple item orders that meet or exceed my priority mail pricing and fit in the box (otherwise, your order will be shipped USPS first class).
Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of receiving the order & payment, unless for some reason we are experiencing a shipping delay (in which case an announcement will be posted on the shop front page).
CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA: I will ship First Class unless you convo me with a different preference such as International Priority or International Express.

Please be aware that International shipping can take up to 8 weeks time. Average wait is 10 to 12 working days but I have had packages take as long as 8 weeks. Please convo me if you haven't received your package in 7 weeks time and I will see if I can locate it. There have been some problems with packages getting held up for extra time in customs lately. If you think there may be a problem with receiving your package than purchase insurance.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please notify the seller before returning an item for a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase .Items must be returned in same condition as when you received it and than I will issue refund thru Paypal minus the shipping fee. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
Items over 10 days after receiving are non refundable.
No refunds on custom items that are made especially for you.
No refunds on earrings for hygenic reasons.
