The Art That Saved the Girl Within

In 2004 I started creating jewelry designs with just graphing paper and pens and those drawings would get created at the work bench. Who could know that in 2008 I would need my art more than I could have imagined as it was the art therapy that greatly helped me get through a nasty injury that took nearly 3 years in recovery time. By spring of 2013, when my contract was due for renewal, I resigned, and walked away from my stable job to follow my dream. I find it fascinating and humbling to have so many people's eyes light up over my pursuing this dream of mine. Funny, at 20, I had my whole life pretty much mapped out, but at 40, I have no idea what is around the next bend in the road. Come along for the journey, it's going to be a great adventure.

The jewelry you wear should be as unique as you are and what better way to define your style than by wearing artist designed jewelry!!!

Artisans need to be able to reach people and touch their lives. If artist-created jewelry cannot make the heart smile, then it has no point. When an artist forgets that the first reason is to create and the second reason is to share, then it is time to hang up the pliers, put away the paintbrush, and push the sewing machine back into the closet. Quality in the metals that I use where the color doesn't rub off, good metals do tarnish and oxidize, but that is expected and with a gentle cleaning, the metals I use will be good as new. Keeping sterling, copper, and brass sealed in plastic or leastwise put away in a jewelry box when not in use will lessen the expediency of tarnishing and oxidizing.

Cost of shipping includes the cost of shipping.

Standard shipping to buyers within the U.S. is USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Standard shipping to international buyers is USPS First Class International, which unfortunately does not include tracking.

Unless an item is custom ordered, which requires extra time to make, shipment is usually made within 72 hours of payment verification, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Bottomline: contact me prior to leaving less than a 5 star review and if it is conceivable to work something out for you, then I will do so.
I purchase stones, beads, metals, from suppliers around the country, sometimes the world, and on their reputation and my knowledge of stones I insure that stones are what I say they are. I provide pictures and descriptions of all items I sell so that you know exactly what you are getting prior to making a purchase. Please be aware that different computers DO have variation in color pigments. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing an art piece. Partial refunds (minus shipping and shipping material costs, PayPal, and Etsy costs) may be considered, but in the instance where a refund or exchange occurs - the returned art piece(s) will have to be in original condition and in all of the original packing - zip lock, box, and mailer, including any free gifts that were sent with purchase AND shipped just as safely packed as I mailed it originally. A buyer has 3 days from the date the USPS determines as the day of delivery confirmation to contact me and request a refund. Granted, no matter how fantastic my companies are, I recognize that an occasional faulty something is possible - please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Custom made orders 'may' be refundable or partially refundable depending on the circumstances. All jewelry is put together by hand and with hand tools. Expect the look of a piece of jewelry that was put together by hand and not one that was made on an assembly line. Also, natural stones and handmade beads will have color variations/shape variations - pending the stone.

Please ask if you need an adjustment or change to a jewelry piece that you are interested. Pending the change, an additional fee may or may not be necessary, and I will let you know if an additional charge is necessary.

If you need a necklace or bracelet shorter or longer, then let me know. I may have enough beads on hand to make a shorter or longer version of the one for sale or for an additional nominal fee I may consider restringing a piece to a specified length.

If something isn't right I want to know about it and be given the opportunity to make it right, so please communicate with me about any problems or questions you may have with a purchase before leaving negative feedback.
