My items are hand crafted creations some being one of a kind and I try my very best to accurately list materials used. I take the highest regard to ensure each of my pieces are hand crafted with the best of quality.

Returns and exchanges
I take great pride in my workmanship and strive for your complete satisfaction! I take every precaution to ensure your item is packaged and/or boxed for safe transit. PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY in the event your item arrives defective, as each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if an exchange or refund is deemed appropriate. I will ask for you to send a photograph to allow me the opportunity to evaluate. Rest assured you are purchasing a work of art and each piece is made with perfection in mind... In the event an exchange or refund is necessary, the item must be returned in its original condition within 5 days of receipt.

*please note that shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds/shipped exchanges will be immediate upon my receiving the returned item. You may wish to purchase delivery confirmation and/or certified signature required on returns to ensure it is not lost in transit.

***There are no refunds on custom/special orders.***

Please know that negative feed-back will greatly impact a seller. I absolutely welcome your communication to make every transaction smooth and satisfying.
I have listed that payments are accepted through PayPal, however for multiple or large custom orders feel free to contact me first to discuss payment options. I also accept credit card payments. If you see a item you want to purchase but need me to hold it I will be glad to with a 20% deposit..
I ship once per week after payment is received and cleared. I do ship through the United States Postal Service (1st class mail), as this keeps costs lower for my paying customers.
Please ask regarding shipping INSURANCE costs should you wish to include this in your purchase, as I am not responsible for lost mail and broken items are not deemed defective. International shipment delivery dates vary.

Please be aware of your countries customs rules and regulations , as this is unfortunately a low-risk issue regarding international shipments. I now label all custom form item descriptions as "bead creations" to reduce the risk of custom department interference and cannot be responsible for fees implemented for their independent operations.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders take a lot of time to create as well as communication time to collect all info regarding the piece you want me to make. I do not give refunds on these items due to the amount of time it takes to create your piece. If something is broke or missing I will correct that issue.
