    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    All sales are considered final and returns are typically only granted if the item is significantly not as described. Also, items that were discounted or purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the photos and reading all parts of the description prior to purchasing. Questions are welcomed and any inquiries are normally responded to within 24 hours.

    Please read the Description carefully!!!! IPlease remember many items are VINTAGE and are likely to have wear. Vintage Items that are working at time of shipment may not continue to work due to wear and tear of shipping. For the most part, items are considered DECORATIVE! If you have questions, please convo me BEFORE you buy! I take pictures to show all views of the item and describe it with dimensions and any imperfections. Thanks.

    That said, our goal is for your full satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your purchase, we will make our best effort to work with you in finding a mutually acceptable resolution (see further instructions below).

    1. The buyer must communicate via etsy email any concerns about an item purchased within THREE DAYS from delivery (as determined by delivery tracking). If the seller authorizes a return, the item must be shipped back within FOUR DAYS from this agreement. It is the buyers responsibility to open the package and inspect the product in a timely manner. No returns or exchanges will be offered beyond the three day time frame. Also, if the item(s) is shipped back after the four day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

    2. The buyer pays all shipping costs to return or exchange an item, unless there was a significant error on our end.

    3. Please return the item in the gift box and/or bag sent. Returns should be shipped with delivery tracking. Please provide us the tracking information following shipment. We highly recommend the purchase of insurance as buyers are responsible for the risk of loss or damage.

    4. All items must be returned in the condition they were in when sent. Items authorized for a return/exchange that are received back with any altering or damage that wasn't already existing or discussed when initiating a return, will not be eligible for a refund. The item will promptly be shipped back to the buyer and considered a final sale.

    5. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from a refund if any items are returned without prior communication and/or if your package is returned undelivered or refused and/or if any exceptions are made and a return is granted past the 3 days the buyer has to initiate this request.
    Payment
    I accept PayPal (Mastercard, Visa & Discover) and Direct Checkout through ETSY. No item will be shipped before receipt of payment.. MN residents get a special discount! I pay the taxes on your purchase!

    I am happy to discuss any questions or payment concerns, as well as accept layaway payments on all shop items.
    Shipping
    I reserve the right to refuse shipping to any country/person. I will notify you and refund charges.

    If you prefer a quicker method, please contact me BEFORE purchase and I can adjust the invoice accordingly (USPS Priority Small Flat Rate is $8.00 domestic).

    RETURN Shipping costs are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! We do have expenses not covered when an item is shipped and returned. PLEASE be aware of this before you decide to return an item. Thanks!

    *****STEALING has become a problem. Make sure your property is secure!!! If an Item is marked as delivered and it was stolen from your property it is your responsibility to contact the POLICE. If it is marked as delivered it is no longer My or the USPS responsibility.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    International customers please note there may be ADDITIONAL Customs charges or Duties upon receipt of your shipment. These charges are not included in U.S. postal fees and therefore cannot be paid up front. They are the responsibility of YOU the buyer and not part of the cost of products or shipping charges. Be AWARE that any item that is NOT accepted for delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please be aware of any additional charges as they may affect your total cost. Also, please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" on customs forms.
    Privacy
    JEWLSINBLOOM does not keep, share or sell your personal information. Your Mailing address and e-mail is all that I receive to process your order. Your payment is processed through and by ETSY. No payment data is given to our shop. We do not use your e-mail or mailing address for any advertising purposes or for solicitation. If you wish for our shop to delete your e-mail and mailing address at any point just send a simple request. All customer/shop communications will be conducted in the Etsy Platform.
