I am based in the United Kingdom and all items shipping within the UK will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class post.
All items shipping outside of the UK will be posted via Royal Mail International Standard post.
Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery within the UK and 8-15 business days for international shipping, however, unfortunately I cannot guarantee how long your parcel may take to arrive particularly at busy times of the year. Please be aware that whilst it is uncommon, parcels to the USA may take up to 6 weeks to arrive due to customs.
Please note that standard shipping does not allow you to track your item, if you would like to upgrade your shipping the following options are available at the checkout:

Additional policies and FAQs
My charms are made to be as secure and durable as possible however they can be delicate and should be treated with care to ensure that each one lasts as long as possible. Please avoid contact with water and if wearing as jewellery I would advise against spraying the charm with any sprays or perfumes.
I would not recommend giving these items to small children.
I am happy to answer any questions so feel free to send me a conversation and I will reply to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately I do not accept custom orders at the moment.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Frequently asked questions
What are your charms made from?
I use Fimo polymer clay for all of my charms, some of them are decorated with acrylic paint and all are coated in glaze to give them added protection and shine.
What can I do with my charm?
The possibilities are endless! They look great attached to planners, pencil cases, purses, bags, necklaces, bracelets, folders, as stitch markers or progress keepers for your knitting or crochet or whatever else you can think of – go nuts!!
How do I look after my charm?
Avoid getting them wet so remove all jewellery before swimming or showering. Also avoid spraying them with any perfumes or hairsprays and do not leave in direct sunlight. Although the clay is hard once baked, handling them roughly may cause them to break and although some of them look good enough to eat please avoid giving these to small children.
Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately no, I don’t take custom orders but please feel free to have a look through my shop in case there’s anything you like!
How long will it take to get my order?
All my charms are finished and ready to post, all orders are posted within 2-4 working days of receipt, after that it’s in the hands of the delivery service! I live in the UK and all UK orders are shipped 1st class which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-5 working days. Orders outside of the UK are sent standard international which can take between 8-15 working days although this may take longer at busier times of the year and should they have to go through customs.
Can I track my order?
Items posted 1st class or as Standard International do not come with a tracking number, however, if the value of your order is over £20 then I will automatically upgrade your shipping to a tracked option for peace of mind. I’ll then send you a copy of your tracking number once posted.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Fortunately this doesn’t happen very often but before you place your order please double check that your delivery address is correct. If your order does not arrive please send me a message via Etsy and I can have a look to see when it was posted and if necessary arrange a refund or replacement for you.
Please be aware that at busier times of the year such as Christmas things can take a little bit longer to arrive
What if my order arrives damaged?
Your new charm(s) will be posted wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and sent in a cardboard mailing box so they should arrive with you safely, however, if your item does arrive damaged please message me within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage and I will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Can I change my mind?
Of course, if you change your mind before your order has been posted please let me know as soon as possible and I will cancel and refund your payment. If you change your mind once your charm arrives or after it has already been posted please get in touch with me within 14 days to arrange a return. It will be up to you to pay for the return postage (I would recommend using a tracked option) and once I receive your order back in the same condition I will arrange for you to be refunded for the cost of the returned item(s) and your original postage fee. The money will be refunded to you via Etsy – this may take a couple of days to show back up in your account.
