Returns and exchanges
Refunds will be given if:
-You are (reasonably) unsatisfied with your product
-You were shipped the incorrect item
-Other (if there is another reason, we can discuss it via conversation or email)

✧ Damaged Goods ✧
If your goods are damaged I am unfortunately at a loss of what to do. I can't take responsibility for how the post office treats the package after it's been sent so I cannot issue a refund. :(

✧ Lost Goods ✧
Lost packages are NOT eligible for refunds. (See Shipping section for more details)
✧ I accept debit and credit cards through Etsy and Paypal! ✧

Custom orders/commissions are not eligible for cancellation once they've been started.
All other orders are eligible for cancellation before shipment!
I am NOT responsible for any lost prints, shipments, or mistakes made by the post office. If something does go awry I wish I could help but unfortunately once it's left my hands it's in theirs and in their system.
Please understand that I am not the shipping company (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc). Buyers are at their own risk once item is shipped.

✧ US Shipping ✧

I ship via USPS using their flat-rate envelopes so it is cost efficient for you.
Upon request I can do USPS First Class -- it comes with tracking number but it will be extra.
Upon shipping, it should take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days.

✧ International Shipping ✧

Shipping via USPS First Class International.
Takes about 6-10 business days, or longer.
Unfortunately it doesn't come with a tracking number (except for Canada!).
A tracking number upgrade is available after a Priority upgrade, which is roughly around $40 (depending on your country).

I am not responsible for any custom tax or additional fees.
Be aware that some countries have a much less reliable postal system.
Please research your country's post office before purchasing!

✧ Address Mistakes ✧

If your package is being returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for the shipping again! So please fill out your information slowly and double check it before confirming your purchase.
