Welcome to JillianDesigns4u, thanks for visiting my shop. Over ten years ago I started to make jewelry for my own immediate gradification. The next step was to share my creations with others. Please enjoy shopping.
I currently accept paypal and Etsy Direct checkout for credit cards. Merchandise will not be sent until payment has been received.
Sales tax will be added to MN residents orders.
All orders are shipped via 1st class USPS. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Convo me if you need it faster and I will do my best to accommodate you.
US and Canada orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. When USPS shows the tracking number delivered the transaction is considered complete according to USPS and Etsy. I can not be held responsible for packages that are claimed as not delivered when tracking show delivery complete.
Insurance is not included in the shipping rates. If you would like to add insurance please contact me and I will update the invoice for the additional insurance charges.
International orders: Buyers are responsible for any duty or customs charges that may applied to international purchases. Remember that international orders must travel thorugh customs and could take from 7 to 21 days. Delays from customs can not be controlled.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is very important that you are satisfied with the products purchased from JillianDesigns4u.
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for refund or exchange. Merchandise must be in original condition for return. I take great care in designing and creating each of my treasures. I want everyone to love the pieces they purchase.

Great care is taken in the production and packaging of the merchandise sold to ensure your package arrives safely. If by chance an item you have purchased is damaged in transit or not received please contact me and I will try to work with you for a positive result.
Refunds can be issued if you change your mind about a purchase, but you must contact me, within seven days of purchase, and return the item before a refund will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. I'm sorry but special request items can not be returned, unless for some reason the merchandise is damaged when received.

It is important to take proper care of your jewelry. Please avoid exercising or showering with jewelry on, this could cause damage. Everyday wear and tear is not covered in the return policy, sorry.
