When it became clear the package was lost, she generously volunteered to make and ship a duplicate. Arrived quickly. Thank you very much Jillian! Excellent quality and customer service.

I wanted a custom size and to use interior fabrics using the outdoor pillow design. No problem! The result is a pillow that works perfectly in the room and fits perfectly with the insert I already have. I am a returning customer and gladly will come back again!
