Announcement   To everyone who helped me pay my taxes last month by ordering artwork, thank you. The sheer volume of work has caused me to fall a little behind on due dates, but not much. Thanks for being patient with me, I'm doing my best to give you good work. Thanks.

About

Here is my shop story.

When I was a young child I loved to draw, sketch and doodle. I knew that one day I wanted to have a job with no health insurance, no stability and constant stress. I decided that an artist would be the best path to take.

So here I am in my late 30's, painting and sketching away. What a hoot.

Hi,

My name is Jim Ether and I'm an artist from Ohio. I make a bunch of things and I like to experiment with new ideas. Some of the time something I make ends up on this website right here, Etsy.com.

I like making stuff and I like it when the stuff ends up in the hands of someone else who will enjoy it.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with the things you buy from me. If you don't like something you get, think I've misrepresented it on the website or it comes to you in pieces let me know. We'll work something out.
Payment
Pay how you like. I dig paypal but whatever works for you works for me. I can dig it.
Shipping
I ship via USPS. Most light stuff can go first class, so I offer that option. If you don't see it, it's over first class limit (which is one pound)

A lot of stuff would cost more to ship internationally than I charge for it. I don't ship those things internationally because it feels ridiculous to me. BUT if you're out of the US and REALLY like a piece, get in touch. I can figure out how much it'll cost to get it to you before you decide you don't want it anymore :)
