Jindie Nails has moved to www.jindienails.com. All of the newer colors can be found at the new website. We will be moving mostly discontinuing and/or seasonal polishes here to make the website a little easier to navigate. Please visit jindienails.com for more info. I'm not currently doing custom made colors, but I can set up a custom listing and pour a color that is marked out of stock on the website (if available).

All polishes are hand crafted from scratch using high quality solvent resistant and/or cosmetic grade mica, pigment, glitter and a proper suspension lacquer base. All glitter is tested for quality for at least a couple of months before using them in polish.All polish base used is 3-free. All of our polish base used is cruelty free. Each bottle comes equipped with at least 2 stainless steel mixing beads, sometimes more, depending on what type of color it is and how dense the glitter is. Our polishes are made in small to large batches that CAN AND WILL differ slightly from one another, making each batch unique. Sometimes, a pigment is more concentrated than before, causing the color to be slightly different. It won't ever be that noticeable of a change, but it does happen. If you get a color and it's not to your liking, or not what you expected, please email me and we will take care of you asap! A recipe is followed during the creating process, but some batches can look a bit different. Sometimes certain glitters may change from batch to batch depending on availability. I may or may not disclose this info, but the overall appearance of the polish will remain the same. I use pigment/mica & shimmer, small, medium and large glitter in some of my polishes and they must be CAREFULLY shaken before each use, especially the polishes with the heavier linear holographic glitter pigment since it can settle over time. If you turn your polish upside down a few minutes before you paint your nails, it will help mix the glitter very well.

Customer service is important to us & it's our goal to make sure all customers are treated well. If you have any comments, questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours Monday-Friday (again, just an estimate, sometimes it may take a day longer). I generally do not work on the weekends. If you message me on the weekend, it'll be Monday morning when your message is returned. I do all of this alone most of the time, so I work as fast as possible on getting your orders out as quick as possible, emails answered within 48 business hours, pictures and blog links shared on social media sites etc. If you have a picture or link you'd like me to share, please email me the link and pictures to jindienails [!at] gmail.com. I do not offer refunds, only replacements for polishes damaged during shipping (US only). If you are missing a polish or one arrives broken, please email a picture to jindienails [!at] gmail.com within 24-48 hours with proof and a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If you have a polish that malfunctions unexpectedly, please send me pictures IMMEDIATELY and I will contact you asap. Please go ahead and attach a picture of the broken polish when you send the first email to explain the polish arrived broken. It just helps skip a step and you can get your replacement sooner.

Good customer service is very important to me because it's what I like and expect from other sellers when I buy. I will do my very best to make sure each customer is happy.

I will always have several pictures of my polishes listed in multiple light sources so that you know exactly what you are getting. I now have several blogger photos as well. Some computer screens make the colors of the polish appear different than they actually are.
I accept direct payment through Etsy using any credit card, Etsy gift cards and Paypal. My website, jindienails.com, also accepts credit cards of all types and PayPal. If you pay through a Paypal eCheck, I will not send your package until the eCheck clears (those clear usually within 3 business days). eCheck simply means that your Paypal account is linked directly to your checking account, and not a credit or debit card.

I am not currently doing any custom polish colors but I sometimes do make custom listings. Payment is due within 24 hours after creating any custom listing, unless you and I have already spoken about when you can pay. Thank you!
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 1-2 weeks (excludes any holidays and weekends) after receiving a payment. This is just an estimated shipping time. It is not exact and sometimes during big restocks or holiday sales, I need a couple of extra processing days. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your package (US orders only) after your order tracking updates to acceptance. It usually does not take any longer than 5 days after acceptance (US), but sometimes there are unforeseen delays ESPECIALLY during holidays. For Canadian and International customers, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your orders once tracking has updated to "acceptance." Thank you.

I ship using USPS first class and parcel post shipping. All orders 13 oz and under ship regular USPS first class mail and any orders over 13oz ship USPS Parcel Post (US only). International orders ship via USPS and you will receive a non traceable tracking number once your shipping label is printed.
