4 out of 5 starsSeller went back on her word multiple times about refunding me the difference when it went on sale 30 mins after my purchase. Item arrived broken, then she shipped out another one, great! But then after telling me to keep the second item since shipping would be a lot, she requested for me to send it back after all and said she’d refund me the difference and I would need to contact the carrier to find out the amount… when already told the intial difference would be made up for and then changed her mind. If your item doesn’t arrive broken, it does seem very nicely made, but the actual customer service end of this is what led to this unfortunate review
