Greetings! My store features silk floral designs that I have recreated from my fresh floral desings especially for discerning Etsy customers. I have over 25 years of experience in the floral industry. Working with flowers is my passion. I try to reflect that in my work.
I also create custom wedding ensembles. I am very accommodating and easy to work with. I can create any custom set you desire. If you have photos of something you really like, convo me and I will be happy to create that for you. If you want a perfect match to your wedding colors, I encourage you to send a swatch so that I can choose the flowers that will be the closest match I can find. I have lots of resources. I am also happy to offer any design suggestions if you like. I am willing to make changes if you require.
For custom orders, for most creations, I require a non-refundable deposit up front to pay for some of the materials. It is usually half the total cost. When a request is for something unique and out of the norm, I require full payment up front. Once I start working on your set, I take photos of each piece and email or convo you for your approval. It is very important to me that you are fully satisfied with your flowers. Nothing will be shipped until you are happy with the outcome. Once approved, I complete the set and ship it out to you. With custom sets, depending on the size of the set, it can take up to two weeks to complete. I do make every attempt to complete it as soon as possible. If you need your flowers quickly, I will do my best to accommodate you. Please feel free to convo me with any questions or requests. I answer promptly! I do not base my prices on what other sellers charge. I do not view it as a competition. My prices are based solely on the quality of the materials I use, as well as my ability, knowledge and experience with designing wedding flowers. My workshop is completely smoke free and pet free.

I accept payment by PayPal only. PalPal does accept echecks. Please note that if you do choose that option, I cannot ship until PayPal notifies me that the check has cleared. Once it does, I will let you know and ship your order. If you live in California, local sales tax will be charged.
I ship USPS Priority or FedEx....whichever is the least expensive. The fee includes insurance. FedEx does not ship to post office boxes, so I will ship USPS in that case. My listed shipping amount is noted in each listing for USA and Canada. I am happy to ship worldwide. Please contace me BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. I will need your country, city and city code for an accurate shipping rate. but will need your country, city and city code for an accurate rate. Also contact me BEFORE YOU PURCHASE if you need Express or Overnight shipping so I can let you know what the cost will be. Custom order shipping rates will be listed accordingly. The shipping rate listed does not include any additional pieces. For Internation shipping, you will be responsible for duties and/or taxes at your end when you receive your package. I will be happy to supply you with any info you need to determine what those fees will be. I DO PROVIDE A GROUND RATE TO CANADA FOR LISTED ITEMS FOR $12.00, BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF ARRIVAL TIME. Refunds and Exchanges
Truthfully speaking, in all my years in this business, I have never had a customer ask to return something. In the event it does happen, it would depend on the circumstances. I am not likely to accept returns...especially with custom orders because I purchase specific items unique to your set. Honestly, I make every effort during the creation of your set to make sure you are pleased. I send good quality photos so you can see exactly what you are getting. If there is something you do not like, I make changes during that stage of development before it is shipped. I take pride in my work and package my flowers with tender loving care. I make very sure the flowers are carefully packed so they do not move during shipment. If the package gets lost, stolen or damaged in shipment, the insurance will cover that and, of course, they will be replaced. I want you to be happy, so please convo me if something is not right. I believe it is better to try and work it out together rather than leave negative feedbacks. That does not help either one of us. My ultimate goal is customer satisfaction!
