Accepted payment methods

At this time, I only accept Pay Pal and all major credit cards accepted by Paypal. Payment must be received within 3 business days, unless we have discussed a plan or a custom order is in the works for you.

Let's talk if there is a payment issue.(I am REALLY understanding on this point, so please do not be shy to ask!)

CUSTOM ORDERS: I require a non-refundable assurance payment (deposit) on custom orders before I begin to create them. Should you cancel your order, you will not get this money back. The assurance payment is used to cover the price of supplies needed to create your order as well as assuring me that you do indeed want the order.

Please be aware that I ONLY ship to the address on your PAYPAL address.

Shipping prices are non-refundable and cover both Shipping, Etsy and Paypal fees plus shipping material. See REFUNDS below for more information of refunding shipping.

Please let me know if you require additional shipping security (suggested!). Although I wish I could replace them, I can't be responsible for lost or damaged items so I suggest extra shipping security.

I am not responsible for any customs charges or any other charges incurred during the shipping process. I am not responsible for any duties, brokerage fees, etc.. incurred after I have shipped the item. Please be aware of your countries policies for importing.

The customs form will be filled out with the actual value of the item, and there is no "gifting". All forms are filled out honestly. I am a strong believer in Karma! :)

As often as I can, I use recycled materials and reuse packaging when shipping or I make my own. It won't always be pretty. This reduces cost and helps me feel as though I’m doing my part in saving the environment. (Next up: The World!!)
Refunds and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: The following policies are not created from the top of my head. Many, many years of selling and customer relations has had a huge hand in helping me to create these policies. These policies come from experience. PLEASE understand too that I am a very happy, funny and outgoing person. It worries me that the tone of the following might dissuade any potential customers, however it is in BOTH our interests that these policies be made. They are to protect BOTH of us! I do not do refunds. If you shop in my store I expect and hope that you have thoroughly thought out your decision. Once the payment has gone through it is frustrating to not only be disappointed in the loss of a sale but also have to go through a lengthy process to refund. It's also stressful. This stands for any sale, whether you made it a minute ago, or days ago.

HOWEVER, I stand behind what I make and truly believe your items are strong and good. Sadly, things can happen. In that case:

If there is a problem with workmanship, please contact me within thirty (15) days of receiving your item. All repairs will be done free of charge. Should an item need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship (not for damages from mishandling/misuse) please send me a detailed email so we can organize a plan. My main goal is to make you happy and keep you that way! In this situation, I will refund what you paid to ship back to me (receipt required and within reasonable monetary limits) and I will pay to send it back to you. In short: I want to fix it :) Please be prepared to send photos of your damaged item. I will not entertain refunds or repair without them.

If there is a problem with the shipping company ruining your parcel please be prepared for a long wait for a refund. I will NOT refund something the mail broke until they refund ME for it. THIS is the money I use to refund my customers. If they mail broke it, the mail can buy it :)

Please contact me within two (2) days of returning your purchase to me so that I may expect it and so that I know you wish to do a return. :D No surprise returns please.

Anything requested to be added to the item will be charged.

JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORY ITEMS: No refund, returns or exchanges due to hygenic reasons.

Lastly, PLEASE note that I DO NOT refund any money for custom items. I cannot sell a custom item, feeling also the need to mention that custom items take more time, work and effort. Also they are made specifically for one person. The chances of having someone else want to buy that custom is slim. Please be sure you want the item before placing an order with me. I apologize for this but past experience has taught me a lot.
However, I DO refund the shipping and handling you may have paid- minus any fees, cancellation fees etc... that incurred plus the price of the order- should you choose to cancel. To clairfy: If you pay for a custom order, you only get back the shipping money that you paid.

Enter coupon code at time of check out. Please email me or send me a note if you need help with this BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE. Coupon MUST be entered at checkout to receive discount. Once you've added an item to your cart, you can enter details about your order. The Shop Coupon Code box is where you enter a coupon code.
Due to excessive cancellation fees by PayPal I am unable apply the discount after checkout has been completed.

I absolutely love custom orders! Just send me an email and I will be happy to work with you!! Just keep in mind please, that custom orders can sometimes take a little longer but the results are always something I know you will be happy with for years to come.

Also, please remember that when it comes to custom ordering communication is key! I like to be absolutely sure that what I am making you is PERFECT. Please be aware that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may come up during the creation process. IE: I forgot to ask you what side of the fabric you prefer or, is this the colour you were thinking of etc... Please be ready to answer these questions so that I may complete your order in time. I cannot wait for days on end for answers to questions when others are waiting for their orders too. Please understand :) If communication is such that I am unable to actually work on or complete your order I will have to cancel the order. I don't wanna! It makes me feel all weird and bad n' stuff.

All custom orders are required to be paid upfront. Should you cancel your custom order after I have begun creating it you will not be refunded but shipping will be (please read my refund policies above for more information).

Most if not all jewellery items are OOAK and IRREPLACEABLE. Should you like the same item again or would like me to copy something I would be happy to make another but it won’t be exactly the same.

If purchasing jewellery, please keep in mind that it should not get wet. All jewellery should be handled gently. It is recommended that you clean all earring wires with a cotton ball and rubbing alchohol before wearing. I also recommend putting your jewellery on AFTER dressing as bits may get caught in clothing.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER AT ANY TIME. If for some reason I cannot create or ship your order I will refund all money to you.

Sometimes I am taken on by whimsy. Should you find something silly, cute or interesting included in your package-enjoy!
