JoSeBe's most important Policy is that you be happy. Please let us know if there is something different we can do to ensure that you are!

At this time, we are unable to offer gift wrapping, but hope to introduce that in the future.
Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal are the only accepted forms of payment.

Shipping costs are, usually, nonrefundable. Delivery time depends on your shipping address.
After confirmed payment, purchases will ship, insured, within three (3) business days, but as soon as possible!
Secure packaging and postage costs make up your shipping charges. USPS is the usual shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on earrings are not accepted.
Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve the problem quickly. If a refund is agreed upon as the only solution, you must show shipping confirmation within 2 business days of agreement and include original packing materials. When the item is received in the same condition it was sent, the refund will be issued within 2 business days. Shipping costs are, usually, non-refundable.
For items damaged in shipping, photographs must be sent to JoSeBe, including a picture of its packaging and a close up of the damage, within 2 business days. Please retain the photographs; the insurance provider may need proof. Once the insurance provider approves the claim, a refund will be issued within 2 business days.
In instances where the insurance provider does not approve a refund, JoSeBe, at our discretion, may still issue one. In most cases, returning the item is not necessary, but please keep it until this is determined. If you do not comply with the requests of the insurance provider, or JoSeBe, the refund may not be accepted.

Please note that light effect, monitor's brightness, contrast etc. may cause a color, or brightness, difference on the products.
Vintage items are often not in perfect condition and, having ruined a great vintage item, will usually be untreated and without excessive cleaning.
