The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Traditional drawings are created with love and handled with the best care possible. Each one is fixed with fixative to prevent smudging, placed on a transparent waterproof sleeve, and sent to you in a sturdy cardboard case. To ensure that your drawing stays unharmed for a lifetime, it is best to frame it as soon as possible. If you need to store it, keep in the protective sleeve it shipped with, in a dry place, away from direct exposure to the sun.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available for A4 size drawings. Just send me a note!
