This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of art. It arrived packaged like a gift with beautiful tissue paper, ribbons, and card. I love it!

Here in my shop you will find a selection of my original paintings along with top quality archival reproductions. Painting is my passion & I hope that you enjoy visiting my shop as much as I enjoy creating it!
I have painted and sold my artwork professionally for over 20 years, having been selected to exhibit frequently at The Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace, The National Trust, and various London Galleries. I have also won awards from The British Watercolour Society and The Mail on Sunday.

PAYMENT METHODS:
I accept PayPal & credit card payments via PayPal.

HOW TO PAY:
PayPal is the fastest & safest way to place & recieve your order. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal - simply select the "PayPal" option at checkout, submit your order, & click the "Pay Now" button.Then scroll down & you will see the the option to pay with your Credit/Debit card WITHOUT having to open a PayPal account.

CANCELLATION OF A SALE:
Please note that payment is due at the time of purchase at checkout. If I haven't recieved payment or heard from you within 1 day of purchase, regrettably, I will have to cancel the sale & relist the item.

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION:
Once I recieve your payment I will contact/convo you with confirmation of your purchase & an estimated shipping date.


PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS for ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:
I do currently offer my customers the option of paying for an original painting over $150 in 3 monthly installments.
How it works:
Let's say the painting you wish to purchase costs $300. You would pay 3 monthly installments each of $100. Simple!
The first payment that you make serves as a deposit to secure the painting. The second installment is then due within the following 30 days of the first payment. The third and final payment then becomes due within the 30 days following the 2nd payment. Once the final payment has been made the painting will be shipped to you.
What to do next:
If you would like to take advantage of this payment option all you need to do is send me an Etsy 'conversation' or email me - joanne [!at] joannepoore.com . Just tell me which painting you wish to purchase. I will then send you a revised PayPal invoice for the deposit payment amount that is due. Once I have received the first payment I will then send you the invoice for the 2nd intallment. You have 30 days within which to pay this 2nd installment at your convenience. Once I have received the second payment I will then send you the invoice for the third and final payment.
If at any point you would like to receive your painting earlier, please just settle your account by paying the full outstanding balance. The painting will then be despatched to you.
Shipping
SHIPPING COSTS:
Please see individual item listings for the precise shipping costs of each item.
Please note that our shipping costs are for the postage & packing materials only - we do not charge our customers a handling fee.

SHIPPING SERVICES & TIMES:
'Cards & Prints' -
We use First Class Royal Mail for UK customers .UK typical delivery time = next day.
We use Airmail for International customers. Europe typical delivery time is = 3 - 5 days.
For the rest of the world typical delivery time is = 5 - 10 days.
Please note that these delivery times are 'typical' but not 'guaranteed'. A package may, though not usually, take up to 6 weeks if there is a delay at customs.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:
'Cards & Prints' -
We do offer a shipping upgrade option should you need your package tracked or delivered quickly:
For UK customers - 'Special Delivery Next Day' service guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day. This service costs £6.00 (GBP) & supersedes any shipping quote in the item's listing.
For international customers - 'Airsure' is a service that offers priority handling, tracking, & insurance. This service will cost an additional £7.40 (GBP) to be added to the item price & it's shipping cost.
We also offer 'Parcelforce Worldwide' which offers guaranteed worldwide delivery with 2 working days. The cost of this service depends upon wieght & destination, so please contact us if you require this service so that we can calculate accurate costs.
If you would like a shipping upgrade then please contact us prior to making your purchase so that we may amend the PayPal invoice. Thankyou.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure that your Etsy address is the same as your PayPal address. If there's a discrepancy between the addresses, we will ship to the confirmed PAYPAL address. This is to ensure that the transaction is protected through PayPal.
That said, if you would like the item you are purchasing to be sent as a gift to someone at an address different to your confirmed PayPal address, then please tell us in 'note to seller' section & include the recipients address,

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES:
For international customers, please note that any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes incurred for your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Every country varies but you can find this information at your local post office or on the internet.


PACKAGING MATERIALS:
Cards are sent to you in a bubblewrap lined envelope to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

8 x 11 inch prints are sent to you carefully wrapped and protected in a clear cellophane bag & placed between 2 sheets of board in a sturdy cardboard envelope.

11 x 16 inch prints are sent to you wrapped in cellophane inside a sturdy poster roll.


PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
We ship only after we have recieved cleared funds.
Cards & prints are typically printed, made & posted within 3 days of recieving your payment. If there are any delays expected then we will let you know. Original paintings will usually be shipped within 2-3 days.
We ship at the begining & end of each week.
We will send you confirmation that your order has been shipped, along with an estimated delivery time.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do currently offer refunds if you make a purchase but find that upon receiving it you are dissapointed. Please contact us and let us know so that we can work something out. It's important to me that my customers are happy with their purchase of my artwork. In the 20 years that I have been painting and selling my artwork professionally, I have never yet had to issue a refund or an exchange, I hope that means many 'happy customers'!


DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT:
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. We will take the responsibility for investigating the issue with the Post Office and making any necessary claims.

'Cards & Prints' - Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge, providing that the customer returns the item & its packaging in the condition in which it was received within 7 days. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item & we will supply you with the 'returns' address. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, but we will cover the cost of the replacement shipping. As soon as we receive the damaged item, we will send out your replacement.

'Original Paintings' - An original painting is a 'one-of-a-kind' and therefore cannot be replaced. So in the event of a damaged painting we would offer the customer an alternative item, of their choice, to the value of the original painting. If no suitable alternative item is found by the customer within a reasonable time, then I am happy to offer a refund or a store credit note that can be used anytime within 1 year from the date of issue.


LOST IN TRANSIT:

Additional policies and FAQs
TRUE COLOURS OF PRINTS & ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
The colour of any item is relative to it's enviroment - the lighting & surrounding colours. I do everything I can (& believe me I am a perfectionist! :) to represent my artwork in it's truest colours. Please be aware, though, that computer monitors vary & you may find that the colour will differ slightly. However, in the 20 years that I have been painting & selling professionally, as far as I am aware, I have never had a dissappointed customer!
I promise that my cards, prints & originals are even more gorgeous in person! This is because there are subtleties of colour & texture that cannot be seen so clearly in a photograph.


ARTISTS COPYRIGHT:
I, Joanne Poore, retain copyright of all my artwork. Please do not duplicate my artwork by any means without my written permission.
I am very diligent at maintaining & managing the integrity of my rights as an artist. I do pursue any copyright infringements of my artwork. Please respect this. Thank you!
