How do I get my files after I buy?
Your files are available right away. Go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and tap "Download Files." Downloading from a computer or a web browser works best. ZIP files can be opened by double-clicking (computer) or with your phone's Files app.
Can I edit the PDFs and spreadsheets?
Fillable PDFs can be typed into with free Adobe Acrobat Reader or most PDF apps. Word files open in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Spreadsheets work in Excel and Google Sheets (File > Import in Sheets). Formulas are already set up, so just enter your numbers.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, I can't accept returns or exchanges per Etsy's policy for digital items. If a file is broken or isn't what was described, message me and I'll fix it or make it right.
Can I get the forms with my own logo?
Yes! Order the "Custom Branded Contractor Forms" listing and send your logo and business details through Etsy Messages. I'll add them to your forms and send the finished files to you through Etsy. That listing is made to order, so it isn't an instant download.
