JoeyDesign's Shop Policies
Welcome to JoeyDesign! My shop of all things cute, cuddly and of the paper kind. I design stickers, buttons, cards, invitations and art prints.
Wherever I can, I resist the urge to use plastic and be environmentally friendly. The only plastic I use in my packaging is a bit of cello tape and polypropylene cello bags. I reuse bubble wrap and packaging and any mail bags I receive are given another lease on life if possible.
I accept PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards as methods of payment.
I will include an invoice with your purchase - if it is intended for a gift, please let me know and I won't add one.
As I work 3 days a week and look after a little one, I will only be visiting the post office Fridays and some Mondays (unless I can slip away on my lunch breaks).
All paper goods are sent in secure envelopes to prevent damage.
I send all products through regular post. If you would like to upgrade to express post (priority) convo me, and I will change the shipping price in a custom listing. Prices are as follows:
Express within Australia - $6.00.
Express International (STICKERS, CARDS AND PAPERGOODS ONLY) - $15.00.
Unfortunately, regular packages do not come with a tracking number. For all buyers in the United States, if you wish to purchase a tracking number, it is an additional $25.00. For Registered post within Australia, please convo me for a price.
My products are shipped from Australia. Here are approximate delivery times:
Domestic - 2-3 business days
United States (West Coast only) - 1-2 weeks
United States (Central and East Coast) - 2-4 weeks
Canada - Up to 6 weeks
Europe - Up to 4-6 weeks
South-east Asia - 1-3 weeks
These times are worst case scenario and usually take this long during holidays such as Christmas.
Refunds and Exchanges
I can refund any orders upon receipt of the returned goods. Shipping cost will not be refunded. I put as much information as possible in the product description but if there is anything you are unsure of, just ask.
While I try my best to package your order securely, once it leaves my hands I cannot take responsibility for it. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please let me know so that I can try to rectify the problem.
I believe in making sure all my customers are happy and satisfied with their product.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Q: It says you can do a custom listing. Can you design new stickers/buttons for me?
A: By custom listing, I mean I can make up packs of existing designs for you. I still take all ideas on board, so please feel free to ask and keep checking my shop for new products.
Q: Do you do trades?
A: I'm always up for a trade (depending on the situation). Just ask!
Q: Do you do giveaways?
A: I have done this in the past but at the moment I am extremely busy and focusing on sold orders.
