    No Refund after the products has been sent in good order and preferably insured.
    Damages will be claimed from the Insurer and/or Courier Company whom is responsible for the transport and overseeing of the products.

    Subject to availability of products and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours of the order and delivery costs confirmed by way of Email. Delivery charges differ depending on a variety of factors. These factors include product type, price and weight as well as whether delivery is to be made within or outside the borders of South Africa. Delivery of these parcels will be sent by a courier or postal service chosen and confirmed between the buyer and Johannes Art Studio. We use both couriers and the Postal Office to return goods depending upon parcel size.

    PLEASE NOTE: Rates are estimated and while we are more or less accurate we will contact you should the Rate be significantly higher (or lower) than estimated on the Purchase Order. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed. We aim to deliver within 7 days however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 14 days then please contact us.
    Waybills and Tracking:

    All order delivery details including waybills and tracking numbers will be emailed to you. This is done on the day your order is packaged and ready to be shipped which is typically one to two days from when we receive your cleared payment into our account. The Post Office will issue a slip advising when the Parcel is there for Collection. However, if you have the Tracking Nr already from us you will be able to collect before the slip is issued.

    Registered postal deliveries should take approximately 5-7 working days while deliveries via courier usually occur quicker. Due to our office hours being from 09:00am to 17:00pm from a Monday to a Friday, should you order items on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will only be submitted on the Monday and posted thereafter according to Terms & Conditions. The Buyer can also arrange to fetch his product.
    Returns:

    Delivery Address:
    Please make sure your delivery address is correct including area codes. Customers will have to pay an additional delivery charge for us to resend any order if returned due to incorrect delivery information.

    Warranty & Returns:
    We give 7 Days warranty on our products from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in our listings. Items returned to us must be in good condition with the original packaging and contents. We will refund 75% of any painting that does not meet the expectation of the buyer within our warranty period from date of purchase. The 25% will be used for Handling Charges.
