I love the ottoman and John was quick to reply to my questions. He provided free shipping when I asked about delivery to San Diego, which was great. However, I removed a star because the piece was damaged apparently in shipping. There was still-wet thick black gunk on it that caused a stain on the velvet fabric. I noticed quickly and contained the mess, but I wish I'd just waited and driven to LA to pick it up myself!
