Paypal is my preferred method of payment from all buyers in all countries around the world.

I do ask that payment is made straight after any purchase. If there does happen to be a problem - such as you need to wait for funds to clear into your paypal account - please notfiy me. I am more than happy to give you extra time, but if payment has not been completed and you fail to notify me or respond to my emails i will cancel your sale after five days have passed.

Please choose carefully and be sure to read product descriptions in full, as i do not cancel sales for no reason.
My standard rate for shipping applies to air mail, so I send a majority of my parcels and envelopes via air mail through Royal Mail.

I try my best to post in 1 working day. If you require express delivery you are welcome to contact me and pay additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not give refunds or returns unless there has been a mistake on my behalf.

I cannot be held responsible if damage or loss occurs after i have lodged a parcel at the post office. When purchasing from my shop you must be aware of this and purchase under your own discretion. I will not be held liable for something beyond my control.
This being said, i will try my very best to help you track down a parcel if for some reason in the rare instance it does not show up at your mailbox.

If this concerns you, I am very happy to upgrade your postage rate to 'Registered' for a fee.
This will provide insurance and tracking and will insure that your parcel will make it to your door safe and sound.
