Please be assured that if I'm not happy with something I've made, it won't leave my studio. All print editions are as consistently printed as possible, but tones may vary very slightly due to the handmade nature of the work.
I would be grateful if you could pay when you have made your purchase. This way I can get your item to you as soon as possible.
I only accept Paypal, as this covers both seller and buyer.
If you have pressed the buy button by mistake, don't panic. Just get in touch and I can get it sorted out.
I will gladly ship anywhere in the world.
All items will be carefully wrapped and shipped using Royal Mail's Registered Delivery within the UK. Please allow five working days and for International destinations seven to ten working days for delivery.
I try to calculate all shipping costs accurately, and will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly replace damaged items (proof of damage pending-minus postage costs), or offer a refund.
If you simply are not happy with my workmanship, then please return the item in it's original condition and a full refund will be given (minus postage).
