PLEASE NOTE THAT OVER THE CHINESE NEW YEAR PERIOD THERE ARE LIKELY TO BE SHIPMENT DELAYS, BOTH IN PACKING AND SHIPPING. THE SHOP WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN THE 18TH AND 23RD FEBRUARY, AND THERE WILL ALSO BE DELAYS FOR A FEW DAYS BEYOND THIS DATE AS WE WORK TO CLEAR THE BACKLOG.

Welcome to my shop! I sell beautiful gem quality gemstones at excellent prices. I am a British expat, based in Hong Kong and I source all of my stones from local stone-cutters and suppliers, choosing gem quality and colour grade. I individually select and inspect every gemstone in person in order to ensure uniform size, shape and quality.

I try to keep my prices competitive; however I prefer to stock high quality and more unusual gems - most custom cut for me - that give genuine delight, and these are not generally the cheapest stones out there!

I aim to reproduce as accurately as possible the actual colours of the gemstones; however, please bear in mind that monitors do vary.

SUMMARY OF POLICIES

PACKAGING
I pack my stones with care, and in such a way as to minimize movement and protect the stones from rubbing against each other.

PLEASE READ MY SHIPPING POLICIES IN DETAIL!
Shipping is a flat rate $5 for a registered ship via Hong Kong Post. Delivery takes around 2-3 weeks depending on where you are in the world and the time of year (ie busy times may take longer). In some rare cases, usually due to delays at your country's customs, delivery may take up to 35 days.

I offer an express ship; Speedpost, via the Hong Kong post. Costs vary depending on your individual country, but is $20 to the US and takes around 3-5 working days. Again, timings may vary according to your individual country and may rarely take up to 10 days

If you have not received your order within these time limits, please contact me.

TRACKING
I supply tracking numbers on all orders. US customers may track via USPS as soon as the item has shipped - go to www.usps.com, click on the 'Track and Confirm' option and enter your tracking number into the box. Canadian customers may track via Canada Post. Other countries' postal services vary in the extent to which registered post items can be tracked online. For Speedpost deliveries, most countries will allow tracking. Just go to the Hong Kong post's website, http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp and use the drop-down box to select the relevant country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

I want you to be happy with your order, so I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with for any reason within 40 days of receipt. I will pay return postage and refund this and your order when I have received the goods.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
Please email me within 3 days of receipt of your order, enclosing a photograph of the defective goods.

ANY OTHER REASON
Please email me within 30 days of receipt of your order, explaining what the problem is, so that I may maintain high standards of quality and service.
