Here you will find information about terms of shipment, delivery times, etc. to make sure you know what to expect when placing an order at my shop. Hopefully this section answers all your questions, if not, don’t hesitate to contact me personally.

Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards.

Dutch customers may pay for their purchases with bank transfer in Euro. Please contact me if this is the payment you prefer.

Credit card payments are handled through PayPal. You could pay for your purchase using a credit card or an eCheck via PayPal (eCheck = authorizing PayPal to deduct money from your bank account) without having to have a PayPal account. Here is Etsy tutorial how to pay without a PayPal account:

Shipping
I am located in the Netherlands and ship to worldwide destinations.

Once I receive your order and payment I will send you a message to let you know which day your item will be shipped. You will also be informed that your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped to your address stated on your Etsy account. Kindly let me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.

My products are shipped in a padded envelop via TNT Post and always as "Priority" mails. Orders of larger quantity are sent in a box.

Orders are not insured and do not have a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. In order to obtain certain level of security items valued at 60 dollars and over are shipped as a Registered Priority Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for it a delivery note will be left in your mailbox for you to collect the item at the post office in person. If this arrangement is not convenient to you and you prefer the order to be shipped unregistered please let me know. The option is having your order shipped to your work address.

Insurance costs a little extra (not more than 20 dollars extra). Please contact me for information if you would like to have your item shipped with insurance or shipped via Express Mail.

It takes between 4 and 5 working days for the shipping to reach customers in Europe and 7 and 14 working days to customers outside Europe. After placing an order, you will be informed about the expected delivery date to your specific location.

There is no difference in the shipping time between an item shipped as a registered mail and the one with an unregistered mail.

Please note that there is a possible delay due to Customs random check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common. And this is also the case during Christmas and New Year.
Refunds and Exchanges
I give full refund minus shipping fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought and you would like to return it back for refund please contact me for my postal address where to send it back, providing that you have not used it and send it back within 7 days of receipt.

If you would like to exchange the product you have bought with another item in my shop please send it back. After I have checked that the item has not been used and is in a good condition I will send the new item to you and pay for the shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the order back to me either for refund or exchange.

Products that have been customized in any way are final sales. There are no refunds for items purchased on sale.
