    If you are at all dissatisfied or have any issues, please don't be afraid to get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item! :) Tell me what's wrong and let me try and make it right!

    Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving, but you must contact me before doing so. Refunds will be given after items have been returned and received. Return shipping may be covered if the reason for the return is due to my mistake. I aim to have any replacement for exchanges shipped within 2 weeks of receiving the return.

    Some specific custom orders might not be accepted for returns if they are not re-sellable due to personalisation, but the vast majority are.
    Shipping
    ⮚ I send items via Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed when shipping direct from my studio. That includes all my HAND PAINTED TEES and other various items NOT fulfilled by my production partner Printful.com.

    ⮚ Orders fulfilled by Printful.com (the service who help with printing and shipping my designs for the THEME PARK COLLECTION, GRAPHIC TEES and some other items - see individual listings for details) are shipped by a variety of postal services (typically DHL or a local provider) directly from their fulfillment centres in Latvia and North Carolina. This allows me to offer global free shipping on these products.

    ⮚ I reuse almost all packaging materials when shipping from my studio. This enables me to keep my shipping costs incredibly low for you and help do my part to save the environment. My packaging might not be the prettiest, but it is affordable and environmentally friendly!

    ⮚ I offer gift wrapping as an add-on for my HAND PAINTED TEES for those occasions when you need the packaging to look nice! It includes rustic brown paper and string wrapping, a gift tag with a personalised note from you and it will always be shipped in a new postal bag. Gift wrapping is NOT available on items fulfilled by Printful.com. Unfortunately, Etsy does not currently allow me to select which items I offer gift wrapping for, so please do not select on items other than those listed under the HAND PAINTED TEES section! If you did this by mistake, don't panic! I will refund the gift wrapping charge.

    ⮚ Buyers are wholly responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country of residence when importing items from oversees. When you buy items from abroad, you may be subject to taxes and fees if the item gets caught in customs. Even gifts can be subject to these fees. I am NOT responsible for these. Please also be aware that items subjected to fees may also be held in customs, delaying delivery to you.

    ⮚ PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOU ARE PROVIDING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER! It is a very common mistake! Let me know straight away if you accidentally gave the wrong address so I can cancel your order and you can place a new one with the correct address. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE if you provide the wrong address. You will not be refunded if you fail to make me aware before the item is shipped. CHECK YOUR ADDRESS and then CHECK IT AGAIN.
