Doing something that you are absolutely passionate about, every day, is a dream for most people. We, Therese and Sandra are the lucky ones! We put people's stories into a tangible piece of jewellery, which we hand craft to perfection. Joulberry was born after many years (and sleepless nights!) perfecting our designs and crafting skills.
Steering away from mass produced, meaningless jewellery, we hope that our genuine passion for each truly unique piece shines through in our photography and our finished product. Joulberry offers beautiful, bespoke and unique Jewellery. Each piece is made individually and with the greatest care, capturing your chosen wording in fine or sterling silver.
An unforgettable and wonderful gift - these one of a kind pieces are a unique and personal way to capture a special moment in time or part of a special relationship and preserve it for a lifetime.
We like to think of our jewellery as not just our creation, but yours.
All prices are inclusive of V.A.T.
Full payment must be received by us at the time of placing the order and no orders will be commissioned or kits processed, until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by Paypal or by a direct transfer to our account
You will be responsible for all charges relating to payments in a currency other than pounds sterling or any other Bank charges relating to the payment to us.
All of our jewellery is designed by Joulberry, handcrafted and made to your order.
Delivery will be made to your billing address or such other address specified by you at the time of ordering.
We will provide you with confirmation that your jewellery and kit, as appropriate, have been sent and a tracking code, so you can check the progress of your order.
For security reasons, all parcels must be signed for on receipt, so please state a delivery address, where you or someone else will be present at the time of delivery.
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of loss and damage of the goods passes to you on the date on which the goods are posted.
Any shipping timescales are an estimate only and do not constitute binding obligations on us. Shipping time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Jewellery is shipped using a courier service within 12 working days of your order (and in the case of our Fingerprints and Impressions Collections, within 12 working days of receiving all personalisation details and artwork / moulds).
Jewellery is shipped using an express courier service within 7 working days of your order and in the case of our Fingerprints and Impressions Collections, within 4 working days of receiving all personalisation details and artwork / moulds).
Jewellery is shipped using an express courier service within 4 working days of your order and in the case of our Fingerprints and Impressions Collections, within 4 working days of receiving all personalisation details and artwork / moulds).
For jewellery from our fingerprints and Impressions collections, we will send our impressions kit with simple and easy to follow instructions within 24 working hours of receiving your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All jewellery pieces created by Joulberry Limited are commissioned artwork. They are personal in nature and cannot be returned for credit, refund, indemnity, exchange or reclamation. Unlike manufactured items, no two pieces are alike. We cannot take responsibility for customers’ spelling mistakes on personalised orders, or for not following instructions correctly when taking the fingerprints/hand & footprints. If further kits need to be sent to a customer who has not followed the instructions, the costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
If under any circumstance, an error has occurred in spelling on our part please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the goods to us within 28 days of delivery.
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing the order. All pieces are commissioned artwork and very personal in nature, customers cannot cancel an order more than 24 hours after the order has been placed. We will retain your payment in full if cancellation is made more than 24 hours after the order has been placed. Your statutory rights will not be affected by this paragraph.

All designs by Therese Kober or Joulberry Limited are copyrighted. You may not (without our express written authorisation) use our name, logos or trade marks or any other written material on any website of yours or that of any other person in the U.K and any other country.
All of the designs displayed on www.etsy.com and www.joulberry.com are the company's intellectual property .You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us.
Each item of jewellery that you order is bespoke commissioned artwork, custom crafted, and very personal in nature. Each piece is cast and finished by hand. Surface and size variations are to be expected and add to the natural beauty and individuality of these unique keepsakes.The correct spelling of words to be used for hand stamping are the responsibility of the customer. Any mistakes made by the customer and supplied to us, cannot be rectified once we have started working on your jewellery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check your order confirmation to ensure that all details are correct. We will not be held liable for any personal injury caused by any of our products.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to respond to any point of dissatisfaction provided you contact us within 21 days of purchase.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court in London. It shall not be governed by the United Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (“CISG”), the application of which is expressly excluded.
