We started Journey Productions in a small back room, specializing in custom laser cut and engraved gifts and memorabilia. In order to create the highest quality engravings with a highly reliable, low maintenance machine that wouldn't disappoint customers with inferior results or missed deadlines due to down time, we bypassed the cheap import lasers that many shops are using to add laser engraving services to unrelated business. Instead, we purchased a US-made Epilog laser engraver. It has been such an excellent machine that we eventually bought a second to expand our capabilities!
When our daughter married, we used the engraver to create invitations, wedding gifts, the cake stands and toppers, along with other related items, and that started us into the wedding industry.
Since then, we've worked hard to help make our customer's weddings as fun and low stress as we can. We ALWAYS provide proof pictures at no charge for custom engraving and give you an opportunity to change your engraving if it's not exactly to your liking! As a result of these efforts, weddings have become the biggest part of our business.
With the birth of another generation, we began creating dollhouses and soon added them to our offerings. Our Deluxe Victorian Dollhouse was an instant hit and inspired us to create our signature Journey's House of Dreams which has garnered particular favor among miniaturists.
The number of delighted customers doing business with our shop has grown by leaps and bounds, spurring us to build and recently move into a new custom studio, the better to serve our increasing customer base without cutting corners on customer service, quality, or schedule. Check our ratings!

Returns and exchange details
If your item arrives broken or you find it unsatisfactory for some reason, contact Journey Productions immediately and inform us of the problem. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and will work with you to determine the cause of the problem. We will consider replacement, refund of purchase amount, etc. if we are at fault. Journey Productions does reserve the right to refuse any item replacement or refund request, especially in cases of carrier neglect or mishandling, or for items which carrier has marked as delivered in their tracking system.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped to the address that is on your Etsy Invoice. Please confirm your address when placing your order.
If a customer does not reply to the proof picture we send through Etsy convo for personalized items, we will attempt to contact customer a second time by Etsy convo and, if necessary, a third time using the email address the customer provides to Etsy. If customer still has not replied within five business days after placing their order, Journey Productions may delay and reschedule the shipping date an additional three business days. Once the scheduled (or rescheduled) ship date is reached without response from the customer, the customer forfeits the right to review, request changes, or approve the proof picture, and Journey Productions may complete and send the order as shown in the proof picture without customer approval.
If interested in shipping outside of the US and your location is not listed for a particular item, please contact us for a shipping estimate. Any import taxes, duties, and similar fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not mislabel shipping documents to, for example, declare lower value or describe items we sell as gifts.
We pack all orders carefully and use industrial standard shipping supplies. However, we have no control over handling of packages by carriers and accidents and losses may occur that are beyond our control. Unless noted otherwise in the listing, we do not pay for insurance on shipped orders and cannot be held accountable for damage or loss by the carrier. If you would like to include shipping insurance for your order, please contact us for rates.
