I'm Joy, a stay-at-home mom to three precious princesses and two handsome princes. My husband is a pastor and my greatest support. He is the lead singer of Waiting Here, a worship band, which you can find here:

I'm a huge natural birth advocate which may be reflected in some of my designs. In 2012 I'll also begin homeschooling my children which is very exciting for us all. I'm very "crunchy", love recycling and would love to live in a rural area with some sheep and chickens and my own veggie patch. And of course I love creating beautiful, personal jewelry for my wonderful customers!

Your order will not be placed in my queue until you complete checkout and payment is processed. If you use an e-check through PayPal it can take 5-7 days to clear.

Customers outside the USA will be responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by their government for making purchases outside their country. This is charged by your government and not the responsibility of any seller here or elsewhere. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
I ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
I do not ship elsewhere at this time.

I ship to the address input on the Etsy order, NOT PayPal.
If shipping a gift please input the recipient's address at checkout.
I do not include invoices in any orders.

Your jewelry and gifts will be packaged beautifully, safely and securely. I ship with USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation in a padded envelope. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also access your tracking information from your Purchase History right here on Etsy.

Items ship within about 1-3 weeks of finalized payment unless otherwise communicated to you. Almost all items are made-to-order and I have a lot of inventory to keep track of so I can run out of a certain crystal color or metal very quickly. In the rare instance I run out of material you will be notified of your estimated wait time if it exceeds the current turnaround.

PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST: to check if I can meet your deadline and that I have the materials in stock for the item(s) you are desiring to purchase.

Please select Rush Shipping at checkout if you need your order within 5-7 days after confirming that I can meet your deadline.

Always include an email address that you check daily in case I have a question!
If you do not tell me the deadline I cannot be responsible for missing it.
Refunds and Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged notify me within 3 days of receiving, with photos of the damage and the damaged packaging. I must have photos to confirm the damage. I will send out a replacement for postal damages within 3-5 business days.

If the pendant is broken, something is misspelled or you need a part replaced (such as a jump ring) please notify me of the problem with a photo. I will not act upon a complaint without photos of the issue.

If you receive an item you feel is "not as described" please contact me, with a photo, and a note about the problem. We will work through the problem together to see if something was overlooked or if I made a blooper/typo. I work with my customers until they are happy with the outcome so please don't be shy if something is wrong.

***If the mistake is mine I will be more than happy to make it right at no cost to you. If, however, you gave me the wrong details (misspelled name on order notes, wrong date, etc.) you will need to re-order through my shop. I can only stamp the details that I am given and I am not responsible for being given incorrect information.

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalized jewelry unless damaged or I made a mistake. Personalized jewelry is made specifically for you and cannot be resold to anyone else in the event you try to return it. Therefore personalized sales are final (no refunds). However if you are unhappy with something kindly let me know. I do not want someone receiving something they hate. We can work together to an amicable solution; usually you will need to send the original back in order to receive a replacement.

Jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 12. It is at the discretion of the buyer to make purchases for whom they want and children should be supervised accordingly. I am not responsible for a customer giving jewelry to a child nor for death or injury that could result from this action. Nor am I responsible for any death or injury to any persons or creatures, regardless of age, once the items are in their possession as I cannot be responsible for the personal choices others make. Please wear responsibly and safely.
Additional policies and FAQs
Much like your steel kitchen appliances it doesn't take much to keep steel jewelry clean. Steel does not tarnish but it can pick up fingerprints and get dirty from handling. A soft cloth can get it cleaned up pretty quick and easy. There is no need to use harsh chemicals to clean steel jewelry.

The more you wear and touch pewter, the shinier and more beautiful it stays. Do not use jewelry cleaners on pewter. Just a soft, dry cloth should do.

These pieces will tarnish.
Some forms of cleaning may remove some or all of the oxidization from your darkened letters.

PLEASE NOTE: Rubber is not good for sterling silver, neither is table salt, olives, salad dressings, eggs, vinegar and fruit juices. It can ruin your jewelry.
