PayPal and credit card payment through Direct Checkout are accepted. Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase and orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
I can put items on hold, but only for a 24 hour period. If you request an item to be held for you, please be sure that you want to purchase it :)
For international orders, feel free to contact me for a shipping estimate.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of payment. We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class for Domestic and International shipping, respectively. Domestic orders shipped with Priority Mail includes $50 insurance and a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number or insurance with International Shipping, items must ship Priority which costs much more than First Class so make sure you let me know before purchasing your item.
If you need an item overnighted or prefer a certain type of shipping, notify me before purchasing so I can adjust the shipping fee.
If the item is returned to us due to the wrong address being provided, I will request additional shipping fees to resend the item to the correct address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will not be given for an item that does not fit. Measurements are always listed, so make sure to check your sizes to be sure the item will fit you. If you are not sure, you can always ask :)
Refunds may be given if the item was misrepresented.
Please read the description of the item you wish to purchase very well before placing your order as we try to describe any flaws as best as possible. Keep in mind some things do get overlooked and due to the nature of vintage items, some flaws are to be expected. Sometimes the color of an item looks different in the pictures than it really is, but we always try to make note of this.
If an item does get returned, we will apply a full refund to your account, however shipping it back to us is not included in this.
Once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands. If you would like a tracking number or insurance for International orders, don't forget to let me know before purchasing your item so I can adjust the price.
