I am so in love with this ring it is so well made and it is so beautiful. I truly love that it does help with my anxiousness. I tend to pick and fidget with my hands when my anxiety is high this ring has been a comfort towards having better habits. I only wish I would of know about this type of jewelry sooner. I will 100% be buying more pieces! Blessings
