We hand print each item to order. Production times are as stated on each listing - most items take 3-5 business days to make.

USPS has implemented new standards for First Class mail as of October 2021. Delivery for some USPS First Class packages may take longer than you are used to.

If you would like to *gently* modify a design we currently offer - for example, changing "Save Water Drink Champagne" to "Save Water Drink Bourbon" - there will not be an additional design set-up fee.
Not all designs will be able to be modified, but please check with us if you have an idea!

We will not print any trademarked logos, characters or phrases, licensed designs, or any other shop or designers' work.

All of our customized items are hand printed to order. We are not able to offer bulk discounts on every item due to the additional time it takes to personalize.

However, we do have many custom items that include tiered bulk pricing discounts, such as our canvas favor bags, tote bags, face masks, clothing, and more.
