Frequently asked questions
How do I print the printable file you send me?
You can use your local printer company or office supply store (Office Depot, Staples, etc).
PRINTING A SIGN
I usually print on "80# paper, matte finish." Or just ask your store what they suggest. You may print as many copies as you need for personal use. If you would like the PDF version to print, just let me know.
I can't find the email from you with the file...
You will receive a file from me titled "Etsy Order" which will have your order file attached.
If you do not see it in your Inbox, make sure you check your Spam and Junk folders. Many times when email servers do not recognize an email address (such as from me since I'm a new contact to you), it will send it to Spam or Junk to protect your email.
If you still cannot find it, email me and I will make sure to get it to you.
How do I get my Instant Downloads?
You should receive an email with a link to download your file after purchase. You can also access your download in your Etsy account. Etsy has an article that explains how to access your Instant Downloads in the following link: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949
How do I print my invitations?
FOR INVITATIONS AT LOCAL SHOP:
If printing at a print shop or office supply store, simply save your file to a flash drive, take it to the store, and ask them to print 2 to a page on heavy card stock (80# or higher...I like to use 110#). Then cut out your invites (or have the shop cut them for you).
