Hey y'all! Joyful Southern is a North Carolina based lifestyle company specializing in unique gifts, vibrant gift tags, stationery, and tabletop products. We offer a whimsy take on classic heirloom products for the entertainer in all of us!
I'm continuously inspired by cheerful colors and the ever-changing hues of blues and white. It's my hope everything you buy for yourself or as a gift will bring big joy!
I was also taught at a very young age how important it is to send hand written thank you notes and believe fully in bringing back the art of letter writing to all we can sway. Our shop is full of classic takes from the South.
There are multiple folks we work with for illustrations and welcome custom work if you have an idea. We are woman owned and use only USA supplies and vendors at all times.

Can I request a specific pattern you have on another design?
Yes! If It's just a pattern change there is a $5 fee!
Do you sell our wall art as digital items?
No we do not. We cannot guarantee how another person will print our designs so with the exception of a few holiday items we do not sell files for you to print yourself. This is separate from logos & various custom orders for digital files. Please message us to ask if you are not sure.
Can I request a specific scripture or quote or song you do not have?
Yes! Send a message and we'll work it out. Please note there is additional fee for this based on request.
Custom and personalized orders
I love custom orders! Depending on what you need most custom orders include a fee that starts at $10. Send me a message however, so we can figure out what you need and I'm happy to give you a quote.

Custom and personalized orders
I LOVE custom orders! Please know that these typically take a little longer to create but, if you are in a rush I will absolutely try to accommodate you. Additionally, these orders are usually exempt from sales and free shipping. They cannot be returned but, in the event they are damaged in shipping or there is a concern I need to address I will work with you to resolve and replace the item (s).
Official shop hours are Mon-Friday 10am-5pm eastern standard time. Occasionally, I may respond to things you ask but, in general I am available during these hours.
Damaged items or Concerns about Product
If your item is damaged in transit: Please contact me within 48 hours. Keep all packaging and take photos. We will work with you to replace or make it right.
If you receive something and you do not feel it is what you were expecting please message me so I can discuss your concerns and from there make it right. We sincerely want you to LOVE your purchase so please allow us to help before leaving negative feedback that hurts our shop.
Finally, please note I am not responsible for any shipment delays or lost packages by the shipping providers. Once an item leaves my hands it is out of my control the path and time to arrive but, I will work to assist you until received if you please reach out to me.

Returns & Exchanges
I do not allow returns for "Buyer's remorse" however, if something is damaged or not what you expected please reach out to me to discuss so I can work with you to reach a solution. I want you to be HAPPY with your purchase from my shop. Please allow us to help before leaving negative feedback that greatly hurts our shop.
Please know that seasonal, custom, personalized, and sale items are never returnable or exchangeable, even those missed because of shipping carriers. Grateful!
