SHIPPING
The postal service can be slow to deliver, sometimes due to weather, sometimes due to errors they make with your package as it travels to you. On very rare occasions a package may be lost by the postal service. If your package is lost, I will refund or replace orders shipped to a US address 30 days after the shipping date.

RETURNS
Items must be returned in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if your order value, minus the value of items returned, no longer meets the free shipping threshold.
