Jude&Fi is a simple little accessory company. You will find bow ties for the little men in your life, hair bows for the little girls in your life, and some hand knit/ corcheted accessories for yourself or friends :) Jude & Fi hair clips are not only cute but stay tightly in the hair. Unlike most clips that are made with alligator clips or something similar that easily slide out of the hair, Jude&Fi clips are made with wig clips. Wig clips have comb like prongs that slide into the hair and then bend to snap tightly in place. For little girls who tend to rip clips out, these ones are hard to budge and usually out stand the persistent toddler. And for older active little girls who come home every day from school having lost their clip on the playground, Jude&Fi clips are 10 times less likely to just slip out. Other clip options and headbands are available as well for every bow in the shop. Enjoy browsing!

If a clip starts to come unglued, just as any clip can with wear or heat, they can easily be re glued with hot glue. If they come apart within an unreasonable amount of time, message me and I will work with you to do my best to keep you a happy customer :) When I notice a flaw in any of my designs, I do my best to reach out to those who purchased.
I ship using USPS.com and add tracking to every order so you can follow where your package is. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. If you would like to add insurance to your order for $2 I can add that to your shipping to insure that USPS will pay you back for any errors on their end. I like to keep my customers happy and will do my best to work with you through shipping errors, but please understand this is a very tiny business and I cannot be financially responsible for USPS mistakes. If it is a mistake on USPS's end, it will be up to you to contact them and file a claim or take whatever action is necessary to be compensated.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am not responsible for loss of hair. While not common, these clips clip in tightly and stubborn little ones sometimes do pull them out. Occasionally hair might come out along with the clip. I use these clips on my own daughter and she has done it a few times, pulling a strand or few along with it. As a hair dresser, and knowing we lose up to 150 strands a day naturally as our hair cycles, it never has concerned me. A few hair strands sometimes get pulled out with pony tail holders too. Its the price we women pay for pulling our hair back of our face :)
