Welcome to Juju Boutique! We strive to make the best tutus and hair accessories of the highest quality for you! Feel free to request any custom order! I enjoy a challenge and would love nothing more than to make you exactly what you are looking for.

Our only current method of payment is Paypal. Your item(s) cannot be made unless payment is recieved and cleared.
All items are shipped using USPS. Items shipped Priority mail usually take 2-3 days to arrive after drop off depending on destination. Items shipped First Class mail usually take 5-7 days to arrive after drop off depending on destination.
Make sure your shipping address is up-to-date on Etsy. Any items returned for "wrong address" or "no known address" can only be reshipped at the buyers expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the fact that all of our items are custom made at time of purchase, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. We will stay in constant communication with our buyers to ensure that we provide you with exactly what you have in mind.
