Since I am a resident of Texas, I am required by law to collect sales tax for items sold to Texas residents, so 8.25% will be added to your order, fellow Texans.
Shipping
All packages are shipped via the US postal service. I will notify you when your package has shipped and give you the expected delivery window and a tracking number.

I strive to ship orders the next business day after purchase (excluding custom orders or very large orders). I do not ship on Sundays, U.S. holidays, or when I am away from my studio for several days (i.e. personal vacations), which will be noted throughout the shop. Larger orders may take longer to ship, depending on availability of supplies and season of the year, but I will provide you with the expected ship date if I anticipate delay in shipment.

Your item(s) will leave my smoke-free studio in excellent condition, carefully and securely packaged to prevent shipping damage. I do recycle packing/shipping materials whenever reasonable to reduce waste.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your item to arrive from the U.S. International buyers are responsible for and assume all duties, customs, and taxes required to receive goods.

I only ship via USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
Satisfaction guaranteed within 10 days of tracked delivery date!

If you change your mind about an item or items for any reason, just send me a convo or email to let me know you would like to return your item(s), and as soon as I receive them (in their original condition), I will promptly issue a full refund less shipping charges.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect (rare, but anything is possible :), please send me a photo of the defect, and I will promptly send you a replacement of the item (U.S. only) or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
