I just received my sobriety bracelet from Jules At Nine. It is absolutely perfect- exactly what I wanted. In addition to the bracelet itself, the customer service was outstanding. As soon as I placed my order, I received a message from Jules confirming the order. A few days later another message to tell me the bracelet was completed and would be mailed the next day. When I opened the box, I found a handwritten thank you note from Jules. This has been the best experience. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much, Jules!

I bought this bracelet as a present for my mom’s 60th birthday and added all the grandkid’s names. It turned out perfect! It’s beautiful! I had her measure her wrist for me, but I won’t give it to her until Friday so I’m unsure how it fits. I can’t speak to the fit, but everything else has been great. Jules was amazing to work with! I ordered this on a Monday night, by Tuesday morning she sent me an email confirming all the information was correct. She sent me another email Tuesday evening letting me know it was complete, and she’d ship it on Thursday as it needed time to dry. I requested priority shipping and had it by Saturday (less than a week total)! It was packaged in a gift box and wrapped in a larger box for shipping. Seriously, one of the beat experiences I’ve had with Etsy! I highly recommend!!
