Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will be happy to refund (minus shipping fees) or exchange your purchase.

If you receive a damaged package, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery, and have
the package returned un-opened. Customers cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, contact me and I will be more than happy to fix it! We strive to make quality pieces that last.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and all major credit cards through Etsy. Items will not be processed/shipped until payment is made. If payment is not made within 48 hours of confirming the purchase, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days or purchase and will arrive 2-5 business days (USPS First Class Mail).
