Because jewelries are quite delicate and customers want to receive brand new merchandise, especially if will be made upon order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise.

You can return some items within 7 days after you have received the package. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition. Your money will get back after the package will be returned to me. Shipping costs, PayPal and bank fees 12%, Etsy fees 5% are not refundable.

If you refuse to pick up your package from the postal service, the money will not be returned. It is only your responsibility.

• Remove jewellery before going to bed, bathing or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewellery. This includes, but is not limited to following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver-polish.
• Never spray perfume on your jewelry.
• To clean: Gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean after wearing it with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove makeup and skin oils (never use abrasive chemicals or alcohol-based products to clean your jewelry).

The size on your screen may be larger or smaller than actual size.
